Exhibition of new originals and prints by artist Sandra Orme, based around the theme of Peak District skies and clouds. - 27th April - 11th May, 2013 ( Preview - Friday 26th April, 6pm -9pm Sandra will be present at the preview to chat about her new work. Please contact the gallery for invites)
Sat 27th April, Sandra will be demonstrating here at the gallery in pastels and charcoal to allow you to see a work in progress.

Jarva Gallery are also excited to announce that exhibiting at this April exhibition will be John Hermansen with his beautiful ceramic works. His simple designs with a contemporary edge are highly sort after. Exhibited will be his beautiful, platters, jugs, bowls and quirky ceramic clocks along with his Hens and Cockerels and other stunning works.
Derbyshire Open Arts- May 25th,26th,27th.
Jarva gallery are delighted to be part of this huge art event taking place this May weekend. A wonderful art trail around Derbyshire (follow map) showing the talent of hundreds of artists from there studios, galleries or other venues. Jarva will be exhibiting artworks, ceramics, bronze sculpture and jewellery. Last year saw the Derbyshire Open Arts (DARTS) visited by over 18,000 people. Following the success of his solo exhibition in 2012, Ed will, again be returning to hold another solo exhibition showcasing his new originals and prints at Jarva Gallery this November.

Robs work is fascinating and inspiring. Using mixed media, tissue paper ,dress patterns, newspaper cuttings, paint and lastly stitching work. His work is highly collected and sees a demand in his original paintings and prints rising fast, so this is a great opportunity to treat yourself or loved one at Christmas with his new work.
